Covid-19 rules, notes, changes, and general information

We take the health and safety of our community seriously. We have been serving our guests safely for 45 years, and will continue to do everything possible to keep our guests and staff safe. For everyone's safety, please review the below items.

  • The skating floor will be emptied promptly at the conclusion of each session. While we will have continuous cleaning throughout each session, this will allow a complete sweep of perimeter railings, and other touch areas. This will also assist us count and limit capacity for each session.

  • Capacity will be limited in the facility well under the 1/3 capacity state guidelines. Tickets will be available on-line for advance reservations.

  • Masks required at all times, except when seated at tables consuming food or beverages

  • 1/2 hour limit at tables in snack bar. Tables have been spaced 6 feet apart

  • Skate Mates trainers are now rented ($4.00 per session, plus deposit). This will allow them to be sanitized between users, and prevent safety issues from abandoned trainers being scattered in traffic areas

  • Contact tracing is required for all persons entering building, weather they are skating or not.  For contactless contact tracing entry, guests my enter their information on their own devices (link here coming soon). Guest may alternatively use a QR code upon entry on their own device. If guests prefer not to register electronically, paper forms are available in the lobby (use of own pen is recommended)

  • While we will do everything possible to keep our guests safe, as part of the contact tracing registration, liability waivers will be required to be signed.

  • We hope to continue to allow parent spectators at no charge. We ask that families limit the amount of adults that are spectating, as we need to count each person entering the building, that will offset the amount of skaters we may have at one time

  • Temperature checks will be taken upon entering building.  Temperature readings will need to be under 100.4 F

  • Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the building. Their frequent use is recommended.

  • We have upgraded our payment systems to allow for contactless payment, such as Apple pay, etc. Cash will still be accepted, but the contactless method is preferred.

A note on pricing. We are pleased to keep our prices similar to what they were prior to the pandemic, with only minor reduction in session times.  We believe we remain one of the best values for our customers. During our 8 month closure, and subsequent planning for our reopening our family spent considerable time and money on sustaining our facility and significant improvements. We continue our customer service focus, and as always appreciate your support.
